Private test (Test 10)
Lemonable is currently an invitation-only private test. Features may change, break or be withdrawn without notice, and data may be reset between test phases. Do not rely on Lemonable as your only record of your career history.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you add. Accounts are personal; do not share access or create accounts on someone else's behalf.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to identify any individual from career pattern data.
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute platform data.
- Do not upload other people's personal information.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.
Sample data
Records labelled "Sample Data" — such as Sample Profile #1 or Sample Company #1 — are illustrative placeholders. They do not describe real people or organisations and are excluded from analytics, search, rankings, recommendations and statistics.
No guarantees
Benchmarks, scores and recommendations are informational. They are not career, financial, legal or employment advice, and outcomes are never guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or threaten the safety of the platform. You can delete your account at any time from My Profile → Privacy & data.
Liability
Lemonable is provided "as is" during the private test, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, opportunity or income arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
