What the AI sees
When AI analysis is enabled, the career information you entered is sent to the model so it can give you personalised guidance. That can include:
- Your current role and the role or direction you are aiming for
- Industry and industries you are interested in
- Years of experience
- Skills you have and skills you want to develop
- Career goals, direction notes and why the change matters to you
- Education information such as degree and education level (never your school name)
- Topics you want to learn, daily practices and sources you follow
Each category has its own switch — About, Experience, Skills, Goals and Work Style. A category you switch off is not read from the database and never reaches the model. Your name, email address, contact details, employer name and exact city are never sent. If you turn AI analysis off entirely, nothing is sent at all — the feature stops before any of your information is collected.
AI requests are processed by Google Gemini through the Lovable AI Gateway. Requests are not used to train third-party models. The support assistant sees only the message you type in the support chat, plus general help-centre content — not your career record.
What the AI will not do
- It does not generate names for people or companies.
- It does not attempt to identify, re-identify or infer who anyone is.
- It does not produce contact details, addresses or links to individuals.
- It is not used on your profile at all if you turn AI analysis off.
Accuracy
AI output is generated from patterns and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat summaries, scores and suggested next moves as prompts for your own thinking, not as decisions. Always verify anything important independently.
Sample data
Sample records are excluded from AI insights so that generated guidance reflects real, consented data only.
