Your personal details are not publicly displayed unless you explicitly choose to share them.
Sensitive information, including compensation, may be used in aggregated or generalised insights according to your privacy choices.

If you choose to contribute your information to shared career intelligence, it may also help uncover privacy-protected, aggregated career patterns that are useful to others. Contributing is not publishing, and we do not claim that re-identification is impossible.
